Parkour Woman's Workshops!

This Saturday is an introduction class for all women who want to get into the world of parkour. It will be taught by Coach Mel, a state-ranked parkour athlete and mom herself, and Coach Kayla, a 2x American Ninja Warrior competitor.


Parkour and ninja are two physical activities that are becoming increasingly popular among women. Both offer a variety of health benefits, including improved cardiovascular health, increased strength and flexibility, and reduced stress levels.
