What Are Themed Parties?
Ninja Party: A custom ninja warrior obstacle course will be set up for your party. Often utilizing obstacles like warped wall, balance steps, rope swings, and so much more. Your coach will teach you how to become the next Ninja Warrior! Open play is also included.
Parkour Party: Coaches lead a structured warm up as well as some action packed Parkour games and Challenges. Open play is also included.
Open Gym Party: Our whole gym reserved for you and your friends! Let our coaches lead a quick fun warm up and after rules it's open play supervised by your party coach.

How to Plan a Flow Vault Party
Planning a themed party involves several critical steps. Here are some basic guidelines to help ensure your event is a success:
Choose Your Theme: Selecting a theme is the first step. Consider the interests of the guest of honor.
Check Availability: Use our online booking page to check availability as far in advance as you would like to make sure you lock in your preferred date and time while it's still available. Feel free to also call or email for booking assistance.
Food and Drinks: Tables, table cloths, and chairs are provided for any food or drink you wish to bring.
How long does a party last?
Parties last one hour and forty five minutes. This timeframe allows for sufficient time to participate in events, enjoy food, and socialize, ensuring that guests have a wonderful experience. Your party coach will take care of cleanup after your event so you can relax and enjoy the day.
Party / Event Info:
All participants must be ages 5+ to participate and have a signed gym waiver. Parties including 10 participants are $300 for 1 hour and 45 minutes with a party coach to supervise and lead games, activities, and open play. Tables and chairs are also provided for any food or drink that you bring. Each additional participant after 10 is only $10. Your birthday child will also receive a Flow Vault wrist band and a free class for all of your guests when you book today!
