Join the Flow Vault coaches to learn parkour and ninja skills that will help as your team works to escape the Parkour gym through a series of physical and mental teamwork challenges!

Life Sized Board Games
Join our coaches as they turn well-known and loved board games into full sized parkour and ninja- based challenges. Kids will become their own pieces in games like Candyland, Chutes and Ladders, Connect 4, and many more!

Real Life Video Games
Join our coaches as they turn some of their and the kids' favorite video games into real-life scenarios using parkour skills. Video games brought to life may include games like Pokémon, Mario, and Kirby!
Full week (3 days) registration is required for this camp. Ages 5-11.

Children picked up by anyone other than his or her parent, that person must be listed on your families approved pick up list.

Parents are responsible for sending campers with a sack lunch for full day campers and it is recommended to have a large water bottle.

Snacks will be provided by the gym mid morning and afternoon, so please list any food allergies your camper may have that we should know about.
* Please note any camp days with less than 3 campers pre-registered the Friday before the start of the week are subject to cancellation. Any campers on such dates will be notified the Saturday before the start of the week.*
