Being on the Flow Vaults competitive team is an honor, a challenge, and a privilege. It’s a place where we push our limits, not just for a trophy, but to discover what we're truly capable of. It’s a testament to the idea that the greatest victories aren't always on the leaderboard—they're in the friendships, the personal growth, and the unwavering support we give each other every day. We're not just a team; we're a family built on trust, hard work, and the shared love of unlocking our potential through Parkour or Ninja sports. This is what it means to be on Flow Vaults competitive team.

What is the team up to today?
Our Parkour Team has represented Colorado on the national competition scene with great success. They have been consistently bringing a significant number of Speed and Style competitors in the annual USA Parkour Finals.
Similarly, the Flow Vault Ninja Team actively participates in the non-profit Colorado Ninja League, competing across various Colorado Ninja gyms. They also extend their competitive reach to national stages, participating in UNAA (Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association) events throughout the country.
Flow Vault doesn't stop at fostering competition; we're also actively involved in the development of these sports in their introduction to the Olympics.
We recently just celebrated Flow Vaults competitive team last season by inviting both our Teams to take over the gym for an epic fun skill rush video! Check it out below.
