Service Description

Flow Vault is proud to host the first parkour based Pan Am Gymnastics Union Event in North America. Led by FIG Parkour expert Fransisco de la Riva, this clinic will include a mix of coaching techniques, open jams, intro to judging/FIG Code of Points, and an overview of the FIG/international sport structure. Note: this is a 3 day course Wednesday through Friday
