Reporting Shipping Damage:
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must report the damage within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please email our customer service team at parkourcoach@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage and a brief description of the issue.
Replacement Parts:
If your product is damaged in transit, we will gladly provide you with replacement parts for the damaged components. This excludes replacement of the entire product. We strive to resolve all damage claims efficiently and will ship replacement parts promptly upon receiving your report.
